Next Meeting - Monday November 14th - 6.00pm:
Help Needed for Monday Nights Meeting.
I wont be able to make the meeting, so need the following help:
• Co-Ordinator: Someone to put their hand up to be the
co-ordinator.
• Set-Up: Someone to arrive early to set-up the urn and cups. Chairs and table for food.
• Refreshments: Someone to bring milk, tea, coffee, sugar, teaspoon and rubbish bag.
•
Donations Etc: Someone to organise the donation bucket, clip board and get attendees names. At the end of the night count the money with a second person and write it in the receipt book, to then be put it in the envelope and returned to me.
• Note Taking:
Brenda has volunteered for this. Thank you Brenda.
• Clean-Up: Someone to make sure everything is cleaned up at end of night; lights out, rubbish taken away, cups taken home and washed and returned the next day.
• Facilitation: Someone to facilitate the community discussions:
- We need to take food production and our own health care very seriously.
- Our next gardening support day will be at “B’’s (Date to be announced).
- Keep paying CASH and encourage others to use cash as well. Who should we NOT spend our money with? Woolworths is a “Trusted Partner under the new Trusted
Digital ID” legislation!
- Learn to live outside of Mobiles and Social Media – encourage each other!
- Do we want a social gathering before Christmas?
- Start planning a roster for next years events with a different co-ordinator other than myself for each meeting.
We are a wonderful community so I know it will come together. If you think

will once again have a Surplus Table for you to bring products from your garden etc to barter, trade, sell, share or give away.
- If it’s cold, please remember to rug up warm.
