Are you using cash everyday? 1. Can we make Maleny known for being a CASH town? This week a hairdresser told me she would be lucky to have 3 people in the week pay with cash and Chris was told by a local shopkeeper "Wow your the second person to pay cash today"
If we are all conscious of paying everything with cash these comments would be the exception. I personally go into the QCB branch, speak with a real person, (not ATM) each Monday morning and withdraw cash for the
week. The cash statistics are being monitored and unless we are
willing to be inconvenienced a little ( you know, like we all used to function) then we are part of the problem. If we don't use it we will lose it. Further to Chris's story, the shop keeper told him that they had just installed new point of sale software and it included the functionality to report cash sale over $1000. Just like the EU are trying to
introduce.
2. Our Community At Work – Car Giveaway:
Thank you to those who submitted well deserving people for the car giveaway. It was through Doreen that we connected the
Church on the Rise with Anna Spelling What a wonderful outcome.
Thank you to everyone who forwarded articles. So much legislation is being changed that impacts Australians and it is good to be aware and in some cases be vocal.
3. Science That Cannot Be Questioned Is Just Propaganda:
4.The Biggest Gun Confiscation In Australia’s History:
In countries like Australia, gun ownership is not considered a right but a concession of the state. Guns are
not permitted for self-defence and are allowed only under limited circumstances, such as for recreational shooting or hunting animals on eligible private properties. The Labor government of Western Australia (WA) is now promising an extreme form of gun control legislation. It
is anticipated that the new laws will be introduced into the local Parliament by November 23. Under the proposed changes, 56 types of firearms and 19 calibres of ammunition will become entirely illegal. These bans will be
introduced upon recommendation of the WA Police, and the government will fund a buyback of the specified firearms, apparently at market value. https://www.theepochtimes.com/the-biggest-gun-confiscation-in-australias-history_5188770.html
Are we being set up to be like democratic cities in the USA? 5.“Big Shift” As Australian State Moves To Decriminalise Public Drunkenness:
Police Union lambasts the decision of Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, who has defended the state’s new public drunkenness laws
arguing that the move to decriminalise public intoxication will not add an extra burden for police officers—despite unions arguing otherwise. “Will it be easy? No. Of course, it’s a big shift,” the premier said on April 13. “This is a reform that is long
overdue.” Meanwhile, Wayne Gatt, chief executive of the Police Association of Victoria, panned the new laws saying it will leave officers with insufficient powers. “From here on, if a person is found drunk in public and causing a nuisance, or compromising the safety of those
around them, police can’t deal with them. Our members have been stripped of the power to remove these people from the situation they are in, and the potential danger that emanates,” Gatt said in a statement. https://www.theepochtimes.com/big-shift-as-australian-state-moves-to-decriminalise-public-drunkenness_5194012.htm
6. Creeping Introduction Of ‘Trusted’ Digital ID - Queensland Digital Licences Rollout In Townsville:
The Queensland government is rolling out digital licences in a staggered approach starting with Townsville
residents being able to download their IDs from next week. Driver's licences, marine licences and photo identification cards will be accessible via a phone app designed by
the Thales Group. The technology will bring Queensland in line with New South Wales and South Australia. Townsville is the first city to use the app, which has been redesigned after a pilot program that involved more than 700 Wide Bay residents. The coastal north region of approximately 235,000 people was chosen because of its large cohort of young
people. The first groups to access the app next week will be the Townsville Chamber of Commerce, the Townsville Liquor Accords and Palm Island representatives, as well as local, state and federal government agencies. Several chosen businesses and industry groups can also access the app first. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-04-20/queensland-digital-licence-trial-to-roll-out-in-townsville/102243284
7. Sunshine Coast Smart City - A Call For Candidates From Ron Sandilands:
Hello All, It is
crucial that Sunshine Coast citizens unite to prevent the Sunshine Coast Council from adopting the 15-minute agenda in their Smart City program. We can
do this at the upcoming elections by defeating and replacing those treacherous Councillors currently supporting the Sunshine Coast Council’s proposal to follow the dictates of the United Nations. Local councils take their orders from State Governments, who take their orders from the Federal Government,
controlled by the corrupt, unelected United Nations that promotes the permanently enslaving One World Order. Refer
to the attached explanation of the effect 15-minute cities have on the people living within their boundaries. Townsville Council has already adopted the 15-minute city agenda, as has Mackay. Many other cities in Australia have publicly stated their commitment to the plan. But they are copping a tsunami of objections from angry voters. Selecting true-blue candidates We
need loyal men and women with the desire and personal commitment to actively serve on the Sunshine Coast Council and make a difference. Will you be that candidate? Or maybe you know of a worthy person who would speak up in this crisis to defend our
nation from the sinister WEF takeover? Take back control at the Local Council Elections – March 2024. If you would like to get in touch with Ron, contact at: enquiries@proofreadingmackay.com.au or 0419 000

8. Central Bankers Are Demanding The Government Remove The Power To Overrule The Decisions Of The Reserve Bank Of Australia.
The issue is: Who has the ultimate authority over the nation’s economy? Is it the elected representatives of the
Australian people? Or, is it what the old Labor party used to call the unelected “Money Power”? and does this concede power to a Global Central Banking Systems? ‘Australians must oppose the plot to strip the elected government of it’s power to overrule the unelected RBA,
and communicate their opposition to Jim Chalmers, Angus Taylor and their local MP’. This change could have far reaching implications for our sovereignty. Ask your Federal MP what they think about
it. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-04-30/paul-keating-reserve-bank-independence-rba-review-history/102279642
9. The Containers For Change Recycling Is Secretly Being Shipped Overseas:
The Containers for Change recycling program was sold to Queenslanders as a solution to increase recycling, but instead of
recycling liquid paperboard products the Palaszczuk Government has been secretly shipping their paperboard waste overseas, where there’s no oversight on what happens with it. When the program was established, the Palaszczuk Government told us it would invest in recycling facilities to allow liquid
paperboard to be recycled into new products locally, but five years later a site hasn’t been built and waste is being shipped overseas. Shadow Environment Minister Sam O’Connor said this was a breach of trust with Queenslanders who have been diligently taking their
paperboard products to Containers for Change outlets to be recycled for five years. “While thousands of Queensland school kids have been playing their role in recycling, they’ve been let down by the State
Government who have been secretly sending our rubbish overseas,” Mr O’Connor said.
10. Update On Premier Palaszczuk's Wellness Camp – (Waste Camp!):
In April the keys were handed back for the Wellcamp Quarantine Facility which cost the tax payers $220
million. The Premier has never apologised for it and is still refusing to take accountability. Queenslanders will be paying the price for this for a long time to come. It’s a $500,000 a day bill
that could have helped Queenslanders in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis.
The Auditor-General is investigating: - The level of detail provided by the proponent prior to the Government committing to the facility.
- Whether specifications for use of the site as a quarantine facility (e.g. on-site medical centre) were part of the original contract.
- Whether appropriate delegations for contract execution and contract variations were in place and followed (noting the findings of
Report 16: 2021-22).
- Whether a rush to complete negotiations resulted in a poor outcome for taxpayers.
- Whether any other proponents put similar proposals to government.
- Whether the original contract gave the Government the ability to release the costs, or were further concessions obtained from the proponent to secure their agreement for the release of contract costs.
11. Oppose WHO's Power Grab: Say No To The “Pandemic Treaty”:
The WHO's proposed amendments would expand its power to declare "potential" health emergencies and give WHO officials
the power to develop new global surveillance and data-sharing mechanisms. They would also allow the WHO to recognize itself as the "coordinating authority" during a public health emergency of
international concern (PHEIC). If these proposed amendments are approved, the WHO will strengthen its capacities to "counter misinformation and
disinformation." This is a dangerous expansion of their already significant powers to censor online content and would further restrict our freedom of speech. As citizens, you and I have the right to informed consent, medical privacy and personal autonomy. We cannot allow an
unelected global health agency to dictate what information we can access and what choices we can make about our own health. Click here to sign the Petition against
this treaty: https://citizengo.org/en/node/210645?utm_source=link&utm_medium=social&utm_content=tyflow&utm_campaign= |
