What is a PMA?
A PMA is a private members association set up for the exclusive benefit of its private members. You do not need to have a membership model for your projects to operate as a PMA.

The ability to operate privately, outside of the public arena, which when a PMA is set up properly allows us to operate solely by the bylaws of the PMA. The right to self-determination, which includes our rights to self-govern.
With a properly created and set up PMA, we are able to effectively write ourselves out of public instruments such as legislation and regulatory requirements as set by the government, as under a properly set up PMA, we create our form of governance and bylaws/rules to which we actually do consent to being governed by;
With a properly created and set up PMA, we also able to determine which laws we actually consent to and as such we only consent to the bylaws of our PMA.
An effective PMA should write ourselves out of and free from any and all legislation, legislative instruments, or implied governmental or legislative
obligations.
The effectiveness of a good PMA is reliant upon not being compelled or obligated in the absence of consent, contracts or power of attorney deeds etc, to comply with legislation or legislative obligations, implied or otherwise.
A PMA is an effective way to clearly state which laws we are happy to be governed by and consent to being governed by.
Through our PMA we have identify and utilised various sections of commonwealth law which recognise and codify international laws, international covenants and international law
precedents which actually recognise our rights to self-determination, autonomy and the rights to associate. It is important to note that our rights are inclusive of choice, the rights to associate also include our rights to not associate.
PMA Set Up an Inclusions:
When you obtain a PMA from Warrior at Law, you will receive the following, all inclusive in the $3700.00 fee:
- An NDA will be emailed
to you to sign and return - this is to protect both you and Warrior at Law from incorrect use from any materials without proper guidance.
- Set Up Application with details of on how to complete this form correctly.
- A 30-minute one-on-one zoom session for PMA Set Up where we will check your submitted application form to
ensure your information is complete and correct; discuss you purpose and projects; unpack what you are currently doing and explain options of how you can restructure your processes utilising the PMA; discuss how the bank setup is established; and finally, where to from here given your your requirements.
- Turn Around Expectation: at the moment there is a 4-6 week process for completion
of each PMA. If there are time sensitives, please provide this information if there are any imminent factors we need to consider for your case.
- Electronic documents are not originals and we ensure that our own copyright and your private information is protected. Therefore, we do not send any documents to you as a PDF.
- Your PMA kit will be delivered to you via registered
post.
- Kit Inclusions: A leather folder in a black inlay box. Within this folder, twill be your bound original PMA articles of association; a certificate of establishment; a USB; a wet ink stamp and pen. The USB will contain a PMA step by step guide; templates including: minutes for the PMA bank account, private minutes, member agreement, membership form, volunteer agreement, member registry, invoice, blank statement by supplier, and
statement by supplier example.
