property in the Sunshine Coast. After travelling and recently selling their caravan, they are looking for a long term lease to settle in the area.
Their requirements
are:
- 2 bedroom
- air-conditioning in the living room and main bedroom
- kitchen with dishwasher
- carport or single car garage
- single level, no stairs
- shower to be separate, not over a bathtub
- around $520/week
- coastal region
to foothills
They are a mature, over 50’s couple with their 11 year old indoor cat Lolly. Quiet living, non-smokers, and experienced with property maintenance.
